What is your return policy for purchases mage at HappyMagge.ca?

At Happy Maggie, we want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@happymaggie.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.  We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days (U.S./Canada) or 45 days (international), we’ll track it down and, if lost, send a replacement or refund.

Because our products are custom-fulfilled and shipped directly from our suppliers, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.

I have received my order, but one or more of my items are missing or incorrect.  What should I do?

We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of what you received. We’ll make it right by sending the correct item or replacing the missing one at no extra cost to you.

Can I place an order by telephone?

All Happy Maggie orders are placed securely through our website at HappyMaggie.ca. This ensures your payment and personal details are fully protected. At this time, we don’t accept telephone orders — but if you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us at support@happymaggie.ca, and we’ll be happy to help.

How can I pay for my online purchase?

We currently accept secure payments through Shop Pay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payment methods are encrypted and fully protected to ensure your information stays safe.

How do I use the FIRST10 discount code?

Just enter FIRST10 at checkout to get 10% off your entire order—no minimum purchase required. It’s available to all customers across all sales channels and limited to one use per customer. Please note: it can’t be combined with other discounts, but it will stack with the best available shipping offer.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes!  Besides shipping across Canada, we are currently shipping to both the United States and the United Kingdom.
